A fast-growing, well-funded EdTech company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to support its international expansion by bringing in new distributors and integration partners, contributing directly to the company’s continued growth.
You will join an agile, supportive, and internationally minded team where strategic thinking, autonomy, and a strong results-driven approach are highly valued. You will work in close cooperation with the leadership team, with direct support from the sales organisation.

dentifying, onboarding and developing relationships with distributors and integration partners
Preparing and supporting market-entry processes independently
Building connections with textbook publishers, educational wholesalers and e-learning importers
Ongoing lead generation, pipeline building and qualification
Actively participating in international conferences, industry events and networking activities
Delivering product demonstrations, first-round negotiations and educating partners about the solution
Supporting the full sales process and working closely with the Head of Sales
Regular reporting and presenting results and pipeline status to the leadership team

10+ years of relevant experience in B2B and/or B2G sales
Advantage: experience in EdTech, e-learning, textbook publishing or distributor networks
Strong international network among educational decision-makers, publishers or distributors
Strategic mindset, business maturity and independent decision-making
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Confident command of English
Openness to building international markets and partnerships
